Refund Policy

Last updated: September 12, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of subscription plans for Zendesk MCP, available at https://www.zendeskmcp.com (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Payments for the Service are processed by Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for all purchases. Your transaction is subject to Paddle's own buyer terms in addition to this policy; where a conflict cannot be reconciled, Paddle's applicable buyer-facing terms will govern the payment transaction itself.

1. Free Trial

New accounts receive a free trial (currently up to 100 successful actions or 7 calendar days, whichever comes first) with no payment method required. Because no charge is made during the Trial, no refund is applicable to Trial usage. We encourage you to fully evaluate the Service during your Trial before subscribing.

2. General Policy

Subscription fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction. This applies to monthly charges, seat additions, and renewals.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund or credit for the current billing period already paid; you will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Seat Changes

Adding seats. Additional seats added mid-cycle may be billed on a prorated basis at checkout.

Reducing seats. Seat downgrades take effect immediately. Any amount already billed for the unused portion of your current billing period attributable to the removed seat(s) will be added to your Paddle account balance as a pending credit, which you may apply toward future charges on your account. Pending credits are issued at our discretion, are not paid out or refunded to your original payment method, are not guaranteed in every case, and do not constitute a cash refund. Seat reductions may be blocked if your active user count exceeds the requested seat count; you are responsible for deactivating users first.

5. Exceptions Where a Refund May Be Considered

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund or credit in cases such as:

  • A duplicate or erroneous charge caused by a technical error on our part;
  • A confirmed, sustained service outage attributable to us that materially prevented you from using the Service, where you notified us within a reasonable time;
  • Circumstances required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Requests for consideration under this section must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant charge to support@zendeskmcp.com, including your account email and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Statutory Withdrawal Rights (EU/UK and similar jurisdictions)

Where mandatory law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal for digital services (for example, a 14-day withdrawal period under EU/UK consumer law), that right applies unless you expressly requested that we begin providing the Service immediately and acknowledged that doing so may cause you to lose the withdrawal right once the service has been fully performed. By activating your subscription and beginning to use the Service, you make such a request and acknowledgment, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory right that cannot lawfully be waived.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider — most billing concerns can be resolved directly and faster this way. Unauthorized or bad-faith chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, and we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback with Paddle and your payment provider and to recover any associated fees to the extent permitted by law.

8. How to Request a Refund

Email support@zendeskmcp.com with your account email, the date and amount of the charge, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all billing inquiries within 3–5 business days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, communicated to active subscribers before taking effect.
